Swiss NanoConvention 2007

Nanotechnology - A Key Technology of the 21^st Century and its Effects on Science, the Economy, Health and Society Talks, workshops, discussions, networking, outlook - Empa is bringing together the main parties in the field of nanotechnology on 28 / 29 June 2007 at the Kursaal in Bern.

«Nano» is everywhere - and it is high time to think and talk about it. To encourage and foster an interdisciplinary «nano-dialogue», Empa - the materials science and technology institute of the ETH domain - is gathering the relevant protagonists from science, industry, insurance and finance, politics, the administration and society. The 2^nd Swiss NanoConvention will serve, once again, as a «knowledge fair», that is, a platform for fascinating, informative lectures and discussions and for exchanging experiences, ideas and opinions about nanotechnology and its impact on science, economy, health, the environment and society.
